Praxent is a digital strategy, UX design, and engineering firm for financial services companies that specializes in bringing unique frontend experiences to market using human-centered design principles to ensure customer adoption. Its award-winning, distributed team of 70+ have delivered more than 300 software transformations for companies like Keller Williams and Dimensional Fund Advisors. The CEO and managing partner attended a StoryBrand live workshop, but the marketing director was seeking outside help to refine and implement their new messaging in order to get results that would connect to revenue.
Praxent partnered with Storify Marketing to fine-tune its message targeting financial services companies and fintechs. We then implemented the new messaging—starting with a launch email sequence and video scripts aimed at converting leads, followed by wireframes and copywriting for more than 20 sales-focused internal landing pages across their website, and continuing with more than a dozen results-driven case studies to date.
Results have included a 260% increase of quality leads over the previous year, 100% increase in downloads of lead generator over previous whitepaper, and 100% adoption of one-liner across the company thanks to a creative competition with hilarious results. The leadership is able to clearly articulate what they do and ensure their distributed team of 70+ employees are all saying the same thing when they talk about Praxent. In addition, I have been invited to serve Praxent’s clients as part of their internal UX design team on multiple projects.
